At Org Greens, we take great care in delivering high-quality traditional and organic products to your doorstep.
Because our items are food products, cancellations and refunds are handled with special attention.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To cancel, please email us at support@orggreens.in or call our customer service number with your order ID.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled before dispatch, or in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after verification.
- Please share images of the damaged product and package label within 24 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
3. No Refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products not stored as per recommended conditions (for example, honey exposed to direct sunlight).
- Minor variations in colour or texture due to the natural nature of our organic products.
